Mitchell expertly fixed a noise problem coming from my inside air conditioning unit, and although sounds can be tricky to diagnose, he stuck with the investigation until he found and fixed the problem: the lower duct plate (that sits on the floor because the unit is not mounted above ground) had come loose and was being sucked upward to fall loudly back into position at the end of each cycle. I appreciated Mitchells friendly demeanor, comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and adoption of technology. We communicated via text, including updates on scheduling and arrival times, and the bill was sent electronically. I would not hesitate to use Modern Comfort again and will recommend their service to others. Thanks!

Cannot recommend Mitchell and his services enough. Texted him about a problem with our AC unit and he had availability to come check it out the following day. Our unit wasnt working as well as it used too on a hot day, so we called Modern Comfort and Bryant came out the same day we called and looked at our unit, cleaned it and got it back working up to its standard. Our unit is 20 years old and he never pressured us to just get a new unit, he did everything he could to get ours working again! Honest company and willing to help out in any way! Will definitely be using them when its time to officially replace our unit.
